ANNA CAPPUCCITTI
Program coordinator and professor at Seneca Colelge, Anna has a career background in fashion buying, product development and retail operations. Awarded “Best Paper” at the EAERCD conference in 2017 for “Profiling People’s Perceptions of Retail Management Careers” which was published in the International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research. Awarded “Best Collaborative Paper” at the ACRA conference in 2019 for “Towards Professionalizing Canadian Retail Management Careers.

MICHEL COTE
Michel has been part of the fashion and lifestyle industry for over 30 years. His experience ranges from manufacturing, wholesale and retail sectors in leading roles in Merchandising, Branding, Marketing, and Product Development. He has been a Board Member of the Fashion Group International (Toronto Chapter), the Apparel Connexion, and a member of the Apparel Affinity Group Coordinating Committee. Michel’s passion for education started over 25 years ago as a part-time teacher in different fashion institutions in Quebec and in Ontario. He started at Seneca College as a teacher in Fashion Business and Fashion Business Management Advanced diploma programs in 2007 and joined the Fashion Arts Advanced Diploma program as a Coordinator in 2016 after completing his MA in Leadership at Guelph University. Michel is now Acting Chair of the School of Fashion at Seneca.

BRUCE SINCLAIR
Bruce Sinclair is the Program Coordinator for Humber College’s Bachelor of Commerce – Fashion Management. Bruce has worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years, specializing in the luxury market. Textile Innovation, Influencer Marketing and Business Development are some of the key areas of interest. Bruce has served as the Co-President of the Canadian Retail Educators Association and sits on the Fashion Industry Advisory Panel for the City of Toronto. Aside from his work at Humber College, Bruce consults for various luxury goods companies globally.

JENNIFER DAWSON
Jennifer Dawson is the Program Coordinator for Humber’s Fashion Arts and Business Diploma Program and holds a Master’s in Education from Griffith University in Australia, and a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Recently, Jennifer participated in The International Business Week, at Saxion University in the Netherlands where she delivered lectures on fashion sustainability. Jennifer has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about empowering students in the world of business.

CONSTANTINE CAMPANIARIS
Constantine has been a professor at George Brown College’s Fashion Department since 2005. He is a veteran in the apparel and textile industries, with over 30 years experience in both line management and as a consultant to the industry. He has NAFTA-wide experience having worked in the US, Mexico and Costa Rica but also years of working experience with European and African apparel companies.
He has authored many articles and is currently on the editorial board of the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management - an international journal out of the United Kingdom. Constantine holds a BSc in Textile Technology from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology followed by a Masters in Business Administration and Marketing from Salford University, and a PhD in Business Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University.

ROSSIE KADIYSKA
Rossie Kadiyska has 15+ years of experience in educational settings and 10+ years of experience in corporate and not-for-profit sector in financial and managerial roles. Qualifications: MBA (Strategy&Finance), LLM (International Economic Law), M.Sc (Physics). Interests: Internationalization of education; Interdisciplinary projects; Cross-functional and international collaboration. Current role: Program Coordinator/Professor (Fashion Management and Promotions Postgraduate certificate.

ROSA FRACASSA
Rosa Fracassa is the Acting Chair of the School of Fashion and Jewellery at George Brown College. Rosa has been a Professor and Program Coordinator at the School of Fashion at George Brown where she has been teaching for many years in the Fashion, General Arts and Science and Theatre departments. Rosa’s academic background includes a Master Degree in Italian Studies and a two year Master degree in Drama; she is at the dissertation stage of her PhD.
